Grief and Loss Workbook
Grief is not something to overcome or solve. It is a deeply human experience that asks to be met with patience, honesty, and compassion.
If there is one message to carry with you from this workbook, let it be this:
There is no timeline for grief.
There is no perfect way to grieve.
There is no expectation that you should be further along than you are.
Some days may feel especially heavy. Others may bring moments of relief, connection, or even joy. Neither experience means you are doing grief incorrectly. Both are part of the natural ebb and flow of healing.
You are welcome to return to these worksheets whenever you need them. Grief changes over time, and your thoughts, feelings, and reflections may change as well.
Above all, remember:
You are not weak because you are grieving.
You are not broken because loss has changed you.
You are not leaving someone behind by continuing to live your life.
It is possible to carry grief and still make room for meaning, connection, hope, and moments of light.
When you are ready, in your own way and in your own time, you are allowed to continue living, growing, and saying yes to life again.
